windows update

hi everyone here is my question, i have my windows update feature set on auto dfownload,here lately ,i i keep getting the same two download , loading for me to install which i have already done, if nothing else can someone tell me how to set my windows updates to manual so i can reject them if i already have them

you can turn off updates and then go to microsoft to manually load them, disable Automatic Updates under Administrative Tools, Services, is the way i do it,thats assuming you have xp
