Internet Explorer Title Bar Question

When you open Internet Explorer, at the very top of the browser it says (what ever url you are on) then Mircosoft Internet Explorer provided by (in my case earthlink) How do you change what is says in the title bar. I want to change it to say in my case(Microsoft Internet Explorer provided by verizon) I new how to do it at one time but I forgot.

If you ever get to the point of not wanting anything, go to RUN and type:
rundll32.exe iedkcs32.dll,clear

Clear, not clear. Case sensitive.

This will remove all "branding" from IE.

If I would pay attention to my notes, I noted the "C" needed to be in caps. I blame the above on my bifocals.

If you're lazy go the SHAREWARE and get iepersonalizer. It'll let you put whatever you want in the title bar. It'll even let you change the spinning logo!
