IE. Started out using it way back when and just sort of stuck with it. Tinkered with Netscape but didn't like it. I've heard a lot of good things about Opera but just haven't sat down and really played around with it myself yet.

Hey Hot Rod, if you're on dial up, Opera sure makes a difference!

I am on dial up. At least until we get our house built and moved in. Then I'm switching to high speed there.

I am going to have to set some time aside to mess around with it. Thanks.

IE

I started surfing back in the days when Microsoft just couldn't keep up with Netscape. Then Netscape's weenie owner turned to drawing up lawsuits instead of writing code and they lost the edge and never even got close since. Being the opportunist that I am, I switched loyalties.
Now, being a creature of habit and lover of convenience I may be stuck on IE for a long time. Can't get used to Opera and I love the way other apps like Google and Merriam-Webster will interface with the browser.

I still use IE the majority of the time, but Opera is quickly winning me over.

IE. It was the first one I used when jumped to the Internet wagon and altho I eventually used Netscape at the University I never liked it.

I also use Mozilla 1.3

Started out with Netscape and stuck with it until 4.7. The problems started with I believe 4.5 or it might have been 4.2, whatever, it became really buggy and was constantly causing problems. I finally bit the bullet and went over to IE.

Recently I downloaded and tried Opera. Although for some sites it does download faster over all, as much as I hate to admit it, I much prefer IE.

......using IE ever since.
It was 4.7 because I still have the CD here on my desk. Yeah it's that much of a mess.

IE's the one and only browser. The poll's certainly faulty tho, since NETSCAPE is the worst browser ever created. Maybe Mozilla or Opera should be in the poll.

Opera doesnt support most fancy things that makes site pretty like IE does, but that is why its good to surf sometimes because sites that install spyware or change all your favorites cant affect Opera!

I use ie, but I am interested in what all have to say, especially the pros here. I am not happy with ie, just don't know enough about the rest to change.
