help with web bug

evry time i open internet explorer i get a prompt to download something fromm ign keywords. it happens evrytime i go to a page too. what is it? its not spyware ( or at least spyware that ad aware sees ) how do i get it to stop?

Go to the link below and get/install/run Spybot Search and Destroy. You may also need to get and run BHODemon.

What IGN keywords does, is when you type in a search string for something it will direct you to one of their subscriber sites. It's one of those things that you have accidently downloaded with a program and they are the things that if I ever met anyone from slimeballs like this I would feel obligated to beat them senseless.
