AOL problem
A good friend of mine called me today asking for help. She says her son was attempting to get online this morning and AOL would not connect. She says she is certain her account is up to date. There is a popup error on her desk top now that says "Msndc MSNDC caused a protection fault in module user.exe at 0001:000003d0. Anyone with a clue what her son did wrong?

I would rather not have her try to uninstall/reinstall unless that is our only option. That may lead her to more problems. Thank you for the link, that sounds very similar to her problem.
