Free website to upload pictures & link them

I need to upload a few pictures to a site and then link them to another site where I will have a posting of items for sale. Can anyone suggest an easy way to do this? Tutorials to follow? I already have an account with yahoo which I am planning on using for this. What comes next is what I need to know. Thanks.

If your ISP provides web space, that's the place to start.
You usually need an FTP client, the FTP addy of where you want to put the pics, including username and password.

I don't want to use my ISP because I have to give out my email address but I already have a yahoo e-mail account set for this purpose. For what I understand I can do this thru yahoo. Which FTP client do you recommend? Can I download this FTP client? I imagine when you say username and password that would be my yahoo email info? Thanks.

you can use geocities.com which is through yahoo, they dont let you use your own ftp but they will ftp files for you through your browser.
if you want to ftp files yourself try fortunecity.com

No, you don't have to give out an email address.
You can use your Yahoo email, but still have the pictures on the ISP's server in your account.
Yahoo, has all the info you need on what software/ftp client you need (if they allow FTP, I don't think they do, it's all done through a browser).
