Hi,
I have a question for anyone who is able to help; How would I be able to run a live image (through a camera) located wherever, through my server so that I and others can see that image? Would I need a specific server for that? Thanks for the help, |

Nope, any PC that has a full time internet connection can do it.
Most webcams come with some sort of software, and you can sometimes run "live" that is at full speed. Other requires uploading one image every 30 seconds or so, to a server/webpage. |

Thanks,
I also would like to know what do I need to run a live picture from different locations that can be accessed (or viewed) through a click of a link, button, etc. Could I just do that off my server? Thanks, |

Speaking of cams, the other night I was changing clothes. Son had the pc on and didn't bother telling me the cam was on. We now have a new rule.
