Is there a difference between the two file extensions?

.htm is used for OS's that only support 3 letter file extensions ie. Windows 3.x
.html would be for Windows 95,98,XP,Mac and the like oops. In other words there is no difference. |

Just stick with .html, I don't see any good reason to use .htm
|

i'm having trouble opening them in ie6 any ideas? i tried reparing ie, deleting cookies and temp internet files, tried every security and privacy setting, tried different profiles. i just receive a blank white page.
