Updating Email filtering list

I am using Outlook XP and was trying to find out how to add certain words to the filter list that Microsoft uses (file called filters.txt shows examples).

Also, I had put one email on the Junk list and later removed it, but the email is still ending up in the junk folder. This same email doesn't show up in anyone elses junk folder here. Any suggestions?
