Pissed Outlook Junk Email Masking

I know it's not the best way to cut down on spam, but I'm trying to reduce some of it via Outlook's Junk Senders. My question is, does anyone know the wildcard characters? I've eliminated quite a few by putting in domain name ( @amazingeoffers.com), but these spammers can get around this by adding numberics to the first qualifier and increasing the number:

(@mx001.optinsubscription.net,@mx002.optinsubscription.net).

If I could mask those three digits, I could cut down even more. I know I've seen %% in the addresses, but I need a single character mask.

Thanks
