Can't access e-mail
I just did some major virus clean up on a friends computer(never ran any virus protection period and ended up with a whole lot of different viruses on her system).Everything seems to be working well except access to e-mail thru msn or hotmail.I'm sure its something really simple somewhere but I cant find it.
The OS is windows xp home edition. |

Thanks I had that idea as well after I posted this altho she said she had already done that.
What is beyond me is that someone would run without AV even tho I tell everyone that Antivir is free and then they wonder when they come up what with 14 different virusses (I mean different ones lol)
