How Can You Save PDF Document After It's Already Downloaded?

I'm looking at a computer manual from a Web site. It is in the PDF format. It's all downloaded and when I disconnected, it's all there, all 50 pages of it. Problem is that there is no way I can see of saving it. Save and Save As are all grayed out. There has to be a way of saving this.
What if I import it or export it?

OK, I Figured It Out

I just figured it out. You have to save it from the Acrobat program that is within the browser. Fooled me for awhile.
