Well, there is good news and bad news about this story about the porn dude that patented pop-ups ( heh…literally and figuratively ). The bad news…pop-ups suck, and he now holds the patent on suckage. The good news is, this jerk is now going to charge everyone who uses them…meaning there will be less people who use pop-ups. If the internet has PROVED anything, it is this…people like things for free, once you start charging for them or seeking royalties, they drop you like a hot potato. We can only hope.
