 It takes forever to download while I'm surfing at the same time with my dial-up.

Well, I installed it. There were a few changes I noticed right off the bat. All my links, temp files and history is now being stored in the "C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Opera\OPERA7-11\profile" directory. (The "opera7-11" is just what I named the installation folder, I think the default was just opera7)
Second, the disk cache waw defaulted to 2MB, and I just increased it to 50MB.  That's just what I noticed in the first 5 minutes of use.
