Block specific site(s) in IE 6
I have just built a new computer for my Union at work. The previous one had administrator rights for myself and other Union officers. This time around I am going to opt for no controls(I took a mirror image so I can restore when people screw it up). Is there a way to block specific sites that are worst offenders for spyware, etc.. I do not want to put a Cyber Patrol or equivalent on. I would just like to blacklist 1 or 2 sites that are problems. No one will be savvy enough to undo whatever controls I use so stealth is not an issue.
Thanks Scott M Paramedic/Firefighter Local 1512 MA |

Open IE > Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab. Then select the restricted sites Icon and click the Sites button below it. You can enter your sites there with wildcards.

Thanks, this couldn't have been more obvious! I should have taken a second to look before asking. Thanks very much.
