Eudora 'in' blank?

I have a real problem with Eudora 5.1
The other day I had Netscape open and then opened Eudora to look for a old message and the puter crashed. Now the 'in' section is a blank page when I open Eudora it downloads from the server (the blue ribbon at the bottom moves across as usua)l but I can not read the messages as the page stays blank.
I tried to download Eudora again over the top of the existing but this didn't work.
I have moved over to Outlook express as a temporary move but really preferr Eudora. I tried the Eudora helps but there is nothing covering this.

I posted this in General software by mistake and now realise it should be in this section sorry about that.

Just found that outlook doesn't want to work either. When I go to Tools > 'send & receive' these are just blanked out. When I rang the ISP the other day he said there was no emails waiting for me which is very unusual as I usually get up to 10 every day.
It would seem the emails are being downloaded but can not be displayed on either Eudora or Outlook. I really need help on this as it's got me baffled?

Try reinstall Eudora over top.
Disable/uninstall Netscape mail.

I hate to ask the obvious, but did you double-click the IN box on the left? If you don't have that panel, did you go to Mailbox on the menu and select IN
