Question kernel32.dll error keeps shutting down I Explorer

When I load up certain webpages(My Netzero page for example) I get an error that shuts down internet explorer that says the error was in kernel32.dll. What is causing this and is there a way to fix it? I have win 98SE and internet explorer 5.
Thanks,
Bigron
