Since the site has been changed, this is what the site looks like when I first click on PCM.
First picture shows the banner ad taking up the whole screen. Second picture shows a very nice Navajo design where the last person to post and the time is normally displayed. Anybody else have this problem? Carl Last edited by Kubie; 06-02-2008 at 10:54 AM. |

I've had the banner problem. Haven't seen the other one, though.

doctorgonzo,
Do you use Opera or when you close PCM and come right back, does the problem disappear? homer15, I'll try IE and see if I have the same problem. Carl |

I am using Mozilla, and when I ctrl+F5 it fixes itself. I have seen it with other sites too; I think that the size information embeded in the page gets screwed up from time to time on loading, and you get those very stretched images.

Hasn't happened to me at all, but I am forwarding onto my ad reps to see if they know of some issue with the ad code.

I've seen both happen, Carl. The arrow thing only seems to happen in opera, but the ad thing happens in IE and opera.

For some reason that ad thing only happens to me with the Microsoft ad, but it ALWAYS happens with it.
Nothing else, though. Do you think Mozilla is saying something?

I get the square banner in Opera all the time - and constant hanging on loading ads (z1.adserver.com), I have to stop and refresh to get past that. Havent had the other problems. I'm about to toss adserver.com into my hosts file redirecting to localhost.

I get that hang problem too, glc. I thought it was just my dial-up connection. Why does it do that?
