Meta Refresh ?

in the options for IE 6. there is an option in the security settings for "Meta Refresh". What is meta refresh?
disable? or able?

It's a tag that a webpage can send to a browser forcing the browser to refresh the page.

For instance a site such as the ESPN play-by-play sites will have a meta-refresh tag that tells the browser to refresh at certain intervals to show updated game info.
