I don know how but something wrong happen to the IE coz it wont display any page although it's online.
This happen when after installation of NBA2k3 that it includes IE6 upgrades, and just after the installation complete the IE wont go online anymore. The same goes to Mozilla but not Netscape.

Uninstall the game and restore the computer to a time before you installed the game. Then try installing the game without the IE 6 upgrades.

Check out the game manufacturers site and see if this is a known problem. They may have a patch.
