Netpumper tring to put me out
I had to install netpumper to use the anti-leech.com service to download a CD for my cousin. I knew the software had a a bad rep but I also knew I would be able to uninstall it afterwards, besides I was desprate - Kazaa was spittin' fake files out at me. So I install it, get the music, then I uninstall it. The next thing I notice, is whenever I go to download something I get a page that looks like a large broken image. Usualy its a EXE I am downloading when I get this problem, with other files I right-click and 'Save As' because these are usualy media files I want to save to my Harddisk, rather than stream. Well anyway, I get this large broken image (full page). I am able to view the page source code, and this is what is what was given to me by Internet Explorer 6 SP1: Code:
<html><body leftmargin=0 topmargin=0 scroll=no> <embed width=100% height=100% fullscreen=yes src="http://toledolink.tucows.com/files/pcv7.exe"></body></html> |

What happens when you try to run an exe that's already on your hard drive?
