IE 6 problem please help

HI,

I need to know how to fix internet explorer without having to reinstall everything.
the problem is that I have no place to put the url address. How do I bring it back? I can't surf the net without doing a search to get to places I need.
Any help that anyone can give me would be great.
take care and be safe
