Internet site restriction with IE???

Good morning to all. I have been posed with a question. I work with a web application with thousands of users. We have been promoting this application to new sites, however, they are reluctant to provide internet access in order to access our application. They are concerned that the employees will only surf the internet instead of just using the application. Is there a way either via internet explorer (we use 5.5 SP2 and 6.0) or free software to restrict all sites except our application site? Thank you!

Yes, you can use the Content Advisor to block access to all sites but the one you want.
