Usually clearing your cache (IE-/Tools/Internet Options/Temporary Internet Files/Delete Files) fixes that

Some websites use scripts to prevent users from viewing/stealing web designers code. I use this code myself.

There are scripts out there that can obfuscate the code. Personal opinion is that they are a waste of time. Who cares about how you did your html, css or js. If you use a server-side programming language, people can't see thatr code anyway, since it is parsed as html.

Besides, the original question was dealing with pages that he built, which he was not using a script to hide the code.

Well I guess then you wont mind If I copy your code to use on web sites then...it will save me alot of time designing sites. Throw the copyright laws out of the window.

No, I really don't care. Anyone is free to use any HTML, CSS or js that I have used on any site. I have also given other code (PHP) to people that asked for free.

I am not talking about images or content, which is a different matter. I am talking about HTML, which you can't copyright. Even without viewing the source, it is not generally hard to duplicate. I am also not talking about someone lifting your whole site and changing the name on it.

Even if you use "codes" there is still a way to view your source.
