How to add music to your website

Hello,
i was just messing around yesterday and made my own website using bravenet's free web hosting.Now I'm wondering on how to add music to it,I've seen some website with a mini quicktime player or real player playing music.Does anyone have any idea?

A word of advice is while you can add music to a site, you really shouldn't. If the user has the option to turn the music off, it's okay. But music that autoplays on a site is one of the top ten annoyances for a site and will not help your site's popularity.

yeah, even if you havethe optio to turn it off, i still find it annoying.
there's nothing worse than sitting at work when all of a suddon razy music comes from your computer.
