Norton Sub seven access

Lately Ive been getting these warnings and most times I trace it through Nortons java console search. The last one was in China. What does this mean? Also one from Japan I believe and California. Does this mean Im being scanned? Could it be MSN mucking things up? Ive done a V scan and nothing came up. Im stealthed on all fronts according to shields up. ??
