When I right click a file, saying to dl it. Then the save as box comes out, then I click ok, then nothing happens. the file is not downloaded to my pc. How to fix this? I used IE-everything is ok. I am using mozilla 1.4

Mozilla uses Download Manager.

The DM window uses to open in the background. Hit Alt+Tab to see if it's open.

alt tab- I get the switch between program icon.

In Mozilla Preferences, go to Navigator and then Downloads. Make sure that "Open the download manager" or "Open a progress dialog" is selected, and see if that makes a difference.
