How can I have my web site upload quicker?

Also, what is the connection speed, amount of data and method of upload (FTP or HTTP)?

Dan,
When I say upload I mean, the time it take for my web site to upload for my customer to reveiw the page. www.itemsabout.com I'm using Frontpage it says it's taking 47 seconds to upload. |

On that specific page, what you could do is do a tighter crop on the images and compress them more. I can sometimes get jpg's down to about 62% on the compression scale without loosing hardly any quality.

That's what I was looking for. whats the procedure for doing that. I'm using Irfanveiw at the present time for all my images.
