Does the service pack/patch reinstall the whole cotton-pickin' browser? I downloaded the pack and setup gives me 8 or 11mb choice. Happy New Years, Gates.

It's another MS thing. Get it ALL, or don't get it at all...
Seems they tried just a "Service Pack" for it, but there were far too many different configurations around, so you now download the whole thing. Rumor has it, the SP1 removes any "branding" as well, which may or may not be a good thing ![]() So far, I like it. Haven't had a BSOD due to Explorer or IE in over 3 months. Did have a couple when I hit 125mhz FSB on the Celeron though

Sarge,
When I switched to 5.5, it seemed to work fine so I never downloaded the SP1. It still works fine so I'm gonna leave it alone.

Mine is on a cd from Microsoft (2 months old). I agree with Lawman - if it ain't broke I ain't fixing.
