OMG @ packard bell for hijacking my IE

Hi, at the top of my IE window (where the 'stop, refresh, home buttons are) its all a greyish blue and it says packard bell at the top where is should be just grey. Not that this causes me any problems but its really annoying me.

(I included a screenie of what my IE window looks like to show you what I mean)

well technically it is not a hijack, but I could see how it would be almost a pop up advert.

I wish I had all my books with me, but I am between homes right now (construction delays grr) and most of my stuff is in storage, but if my memeory serves me right this is something in the registry that is easy to fix, I just can not for the life of me remember if it is a delete the line or just the pac bell portionof the line. Search for registry and IE customizations
