MSN No More?
Well my friend uses an ancient Mac and still only uses Mac OS 9, but now with microsofts "security" thing that makes older versions of MSN not work(and 3rd party ones like Trillian, right?). Does this leave my friend without MSN until he gets a new comp? The new MSN that will work only works on OS X... Any idea's? He is going to get a new comp soon, but a highschooler without MSN(or AIM, Yahoo, or Cell phone, but he uses MSN only and now no more?) is left out of the loop in a sense
ThanxEDIT: Ok well I looked on the site myself and it seems as though there is an MSN 2.5 for OS 9(Yes... only 2.5 ) and it mentions something about having the new needed security updates and was released just recently so I guess that I will just wait on him to see if it works.

MSN, AIM, ICQ, and IRC all work on trillian. Only yahoo doesn't work right now.

I know that they work now... but as of some date, Microsoft was stopping all versions below the most updated to work. I also am pretty sure I heard that with the new updated versions and all, programs like Trillian woudn't work with MSN. And Trillian isn't for OS 9(or even OS X) so it wouldn't matter anyways.
