IE popup problem
For some strange reason my Internet explorer is acting up. Whenever I click a link that is supposed to open in a new window I get a new window that popups but the background is transparent. The address bar is blank and nothing shows up in the main frame of the page except whatever is on my desktop. I've had a window open for 5 minutes now and it still hasnt done anything. It's not frozen but it just doesnt do anything.
