Question auto refresh in ie

is there anyway to make internet explorer automatically refresh the page you are on every five minutes or so? thanks

craig

(ps, i know i could just hit ctrl+r, but i am very lazy, that is like two keystrokes)

I don't know how to get IE to auto-refresh, but hitting F5 will refresh the page too. Just one keystroke.

go to tools > internet options > general > settings > select "auto"

you can download a page refresher from here: http://www.4k2k.com/index2.htm
and just set it to refresh every 5 minutes

alright, i think i will go with what cricket said. thanks. i realized that i did not want every page to refresh every five minutes, just specific ones. when i was at work, i wanted it to refresh the newly posted topics so i could see what people were talking about becuase i was very bored at work. but once i left that page, i don't want it to continue refreshing. thanks
