PC Mech Site (home page question)

How often is www.pcmech.com updated (as far as a forum standpoint goes). On the homepage there is that area that shows you the "most recent posts' but how often is that actually updated?

If you post to a thread it's updated immediately. The section you're referring to takes a few minutes at most.

If you hit the "refresh" button every minute it will update the list.

The site is database driven but there is not a command to refresh the screen. So if you were to stay on the home page, the information would stay the same until it was refreshed manually by pressing F5 or the Refresh button in IE. If you clicked on a forum link and then clicked back to the forum home, it would update the page.
