Mozilla

I have installed Mozilla Firebird on my D: drive. I have tried to install Java and a flash player but can not get it to install. Does it have to be on the C: drive in the system files to get these features to work. I try to copy and paste into Mozilla folder, then try to drag and down and got an error message. I like the browser, but don’t work on all features on some sites. Please try to explain it like you were explaining it to a 5 year old please, because I am tech challenged. Thank for reading and any reply.
