ANnoying pop ups!
Hi, I have tried to get rid of those annoying pop up.. i.e all those dating type ads' etc. Cannot seem to rid my slef of them!
Am running winXP home. Any suggestions?...

If you are using IE you can always try the google toolbar. it doesn't have any irritating startup splash screens either.

There are several things you can do.
Use a popup stopper, as already mentioned. Download the Google Toolbar, which has a popup blocker. Use a different web browser that blocks popups, like Mozilla or Opera. |

The only way to fly. That's if you're used to IE. Looks like IE, Acts like IE, It is IE. Crazy browser is just a shell, an overlay for IE that adds a pop-up stopper. Check it out. Otherwise, I'd use Mozilla.
