Here is the reg setting I used;
REGEDIT4 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\MSTCP] "DefaultRcvWindow"="32767" Apparently this setting was too high causing packet loss. I took it all the way down to 20000 and it appears to be stable now. The whole browser window would sieze before the page would load, then when I went to restart the PC, it wouldn't let me because it would keep telling me that this was running and it wouldn't go away from choosing "end task", though it wasn't listed at the "ctrl+alt+del" prompt. This appears to be one of the best kinds of tweaks for broad band but I think it is set way to high for some people. Take note of this setting especially if you are on Road Runner. You may get all kinds of wierd behaviour from some of these "tweaks". |

**update-
I haven't been using the forum because it keeps locking up on me. I have tried all different kinds of default window sizes with no fix. Finally I have tried Netscape. There is only one other site similarily locking up my browser. The browser will just freeze, then I can't click on anything. I end up doing a ctrl+alt+del to end task (not responding) but then when I try to restart Windows or reboot, it won't let me. It keeps telling me that this is running but it won't let me close it.
