Keep getting this ActiveX warning

I keep getting this ActiveX security warning. Anyone know what it means and how I fix it?

Because you have ActiveX turned off in your browser's security settings.

Generally I would leave it off, unless you absolutely need it for a particular site you know can be trusted.

The options are under tools/internet options/security in IE.
