When using IE surfing the web I cannot get all of the page links to work. Some will some wont ? They will activate the mouse pointer into a finger and click but the page wont move. Then I will fire up a networked pc(same setup) next to me and these links will work just fine. Bin thru the IE options settings plenty and no results. Most of the time it is the login link to a site i'm a member of. I was going to reBang it cause i'm wierd like that but I thought I would take a Technical approach this time.
Any suggestions?

Yes i'm using XPpro. I had cleared the cache many times. I did not mention but I think this started when I built the box. Maybe it was a slightly faulty install or update. I had tried to fix my java's with no luck. Tried to uninstall IE6 but it will not leave to do a clean install. I'm not fond of the HKEYS but maybe I will have to dig in and remove IE from it.
Any other suggestions may help, if not i'm going to rebang the whole thing cause I ran out of projects any way. |
