axtivex hotmail problems

hi,
I, m posting this for a friend of mine, when she is at home (a win98se pc with a cable connection). and she opens her hotmail account on the html site she is prompted to add (software als Axtivexbesturingselementen en invoegtoepassingen) rough translation axtivexcontrole elements and inputapplications) whether she accepts or not, it keeps coming back.

has anyone else had this problem, and if so how can i solve it. (or if you never had this problem, but know the sollution annyway, that would be great to)

thanks

*edit it also happend when i asked her to check out this post, to see if she had aanything to add*

Hit the back button to get back to the reply window and submit again, it should go through the second time.
