Why everytime I'm in the internet and try to scroll up or down on a web page, the display goes frame by frame and not a steady movement as it would normally. I removed Kazza thinking that was the reazon. The same if I use IE.Any help. Thanks.

I'm not quite sure, but if you still think it is Kazaa, download Ad-Aware, and run it you will probably have a ton of spyware left on you computer...and ad-aware will help get it off.....

Also check in Internet Options/Advanced tab and make sure "smooth scrolling" is checked.

What's your monitor refresh rate set at? If it's not at least 75Hz, try increasing it to that.

I had that problem when I upgraded to ATI's catalyst 3.6 driver. Switched to Omega's 3.6 and problem went away. Been using Omega's drivers ever since. Have you recently upgraded your video driver by chance? Even if you didn't, suggest you install the latest for your video card.
