Question Need help with popup websites

I keep getting this certain website that popups behind these two other websites everytime I visit them. It really is getting on my nerves. Does anybody know how to stop another website from poping up behind another one when you visit it. Any help would greatly be appreciated thanks.

Google has a nice free popup stopper that you can install with IE.

If you're using IE, a third party popup stopper is your only choice...Mozilla and Opera have one built in.

Don't use IE. There are a host of reasons why using IE is a bad idea, and popups is one of them.

Use Mozilla, Opera, or a similar browser.

I have the google tool bar installed, but this is more like a website popping up. I don't think it is a a popup ad. The popup blocker for this does not work at blocking this website from popping up.

Scan your PC for spyware/adware using AdAware and Spybot:Search and Destroy.

I use IE and the Google toolbar with no problems and no pop-ups. I don't know why everyone hates IE all of the sudden. I had tons of problems with Mozilla and Opera.

Those are some good things but they don't outwheigh the problems I had with Firebird such as not loading pages, lock ups, errors, amnesia (would always lose passwords), and pop up blocking that you cannot stop (blocked pop ups that I wanted such as links) among other things.
