Angry Fire .DLL file missing

I am trying to install some spyware programs which are zip files and I keep getting this message "A REQUIRED .DLL FILE, MSVBVM60.DLL WAS NOT FOUND". Does anyone know how I can find this file?

DLL files
Download it to your windows/system files...I'm not sure if you will have problems since it is a zip file, if you do let me know and I will unzip it and send it to you.
