Since last night I haven't been able to download anything bigger than about 350 k's in size. It will freeze when it reachs that amount. It only freezes with http and ftp downloads, icq and newsgroups work fine. I don't know what to do. I reinstalled TCP/IP, I tried updating via WindowsUpdate but I can't download the updates.
Please help me.

Clean out your temporary internet files/browser cache and your c:\windows\temp folder.
