Zone Alarm Question

When rebooting and connecting to internet my zone alarm asks "Do you want Generic Host Process for win32 Services to act as server?" I say no but am wondering should I say yes? What is this anyway??

It all depends on what the program name is.. If it's NTKernel, it may be your auto update for Windows Update.. If it's services.exe, you don't need it, unless you're on a business network. (I'm sure there are other times you would want this).

Basically, if it's services.exe, and you're a home user, you don't need it.
