Why is my connection going so slow?
I am running Comcast Cable Internet, and recently I got an e-mail from them saying they were going to double my internet connection speed for free, so I would have 3Mbps Down and 384K up. They same thing happened to my friend, and he said he was downloading at around 700Kbps, while I can only download and max out around 70, and usually I coudl get about 212kbps. All i had to do was unplug the modem for 60 secs and plug it back in, and I did, but my connection hasnt gotten any faster.
