Problem With Hotline

I have used HL occasionally throughout the past couple of years, but have cut down on my usage drastically in recent months because some of my favorite servers are no longer up. Anyway, to my question, I was trying to see what servers there are these days and I went to load a tracker, and all I get is either the "closed" message (along with an error) or the status for the tracker says "refused". I know that these happen when the tracker is not currently online, but I checked out Tracker-Tracker, and it all of the trackers I have were supposedly up. I have 1.9.1 currently installed on my XP box (specs in my sig). Could it possibly be a bad install, or are other HL users having the same problem?

Anybody? Well, I've tried uninstalling it with Add/Remove Program, then reinstalling it, and still no go. Maybe a bad download?

It must have been the installer. I redownloaded it today, installed, fired it up, and there you have it, it now works.
