help me about homepage

suddenly my home page become http://81.211.105.9/index.php?v=1
I went to Internet Ontions and changed to http://www.ttvnforum.com, but if i restart computer, my homepage still http://81.211.105.9/index.php?v=1
I went to my registry, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main, I saw Start Page, Search Page and Search Bar is http://81.211.105.9/index.php?v=1, I modified it to http://www.ttvnforum.com but when I restart my computer it still http://81.211.105.9/index.php?v=1
how can I delete http://81.211.105.9/index.php?v=1 and set my homepage is http://www.ttvnforum.com

i runned both Spyware/Adware Remover 8.2 and Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.2 but no result

Start msconfig and check out the startup programs. If you dont know what is suspicious post a screenshot of it.
