Check your security settings in IE and be sure they are not to high, also, click on help/about Internet Explorer in IE and check that the cipher strength is 128-bit.

Also, delete your temporary internet files and you may want to scan for adware/spyware.

Control Panel, Internet Options, Connections. LAN settings, uncheck all 3 boxes.

Thanks

Thanks for the replys.
I upgraded the ie5 with the latest security updates and anything else ms might have.
I checked the Lan settings and the boxes are unchecked.
Checked in registry, cant see any thing to do with paypal.
still cant access the log in page, still gettine either the page is down or browser settings wrong. Check page with home computer and it working fine.
It must be something on my laptop witch is causing the page to not down load.

Have you done a spyware scan yet? (Ad-Aware and/or Spybot Search & Destroy)

Check to see if your internet settings or firewall settings are set to accept cookies.
