IE6 browser question

I am pretty sure there is a setting to force IE6 browser windows to open "full screen" in XP. But I have not figured it out, yet. Not for lack of trying, though. Does anyone know where this setting is located?

1. open two ie windows
2. press the f11 key to get full scren
3.Close the first window
4.close the second window
5.ie windows should open fullscreen
